Starting his illustrious career in 1976, it has been ridden with awards and fame. After winning awards at an early age in his school days, he has gone to win multiple national art awards of Maldives . Naushad has also staged exhibitions nation wide across Maldives and internationally. Latest exhibitions were at the 9th International Sculpture Symposium at Changchun, China in 2007 and at the Royal Commonwealth Society – London in 2009.
